First Semester
The Center for Applied Research at Central Piedmont College works with the Institutional Research departments at the 16 GSCC colleges to compile data on student course completion and pass rates.
In the first teaching semester, overall, GSCC faculty secured a favorable differential in relation to their college peers in terms of both course completion by their students and student pass rates.

The GSCC faculty semester 1 completion rate was 85.9% or 3.1% above the GSCC 16 college peers.
The GSCC semester 1 student pass rate was 65.2% or 3.6% above the GSCC 16 college peers.
Math
The GSCC faculty semester 1 completion rate was 84.5%% or 3.6% above the GSCC 16 college peers.
The GSCC semester 1 student pass rate was 61.5% or 11.8% above the GSCC 16 college peers.
